Edgar and his crew were fast and efficient. They arrived on time and was friendly and courteous. The dispatch called 45 minutes ahead of time to notify me they were coming. Once they arrived they loaded every thing very quickly and efficiently. They carefully wrapped my bookcases, tables, and mattress. They were very careful with all my boxes and furnitures. There were no damages at all. I’m very happy with the way they packed everything and how fast they were at both packing and moving. At arrival of my new apartment, they unloaded everything very quickly and unwrapped all the furniture very fast. All was done in less time than I thought. So happy with Edgar and his crew. Will definitely use North Star again when I move.
