Absolutely the company we will be using from now on when we move. The guys were on time, very friendly and hustled like crazy. We filled the truck to the brim and it took almost exactly the asking of time estimated.

I gave them 5 stars despite the fact that my laptop was broken. Because I packed it, their insurance didn’t cover it and if it did, it would have only paid $.60/lb so we didn’t bother filling a claim. However, the customer service agent insisted that she wanted to do something for us for the inconvenience and offered a $100 reimbursement check.

Given that we ended up paying less than $400, that kind if reimbursement is a huge gesture. I can’t imagine using another company because I know that they won’t take care of us like Northstar will.
