We had booked with another moving company that never showed up. We were desperate to find someone same day. We contacted NorthStar as apart of our barrage of calls to all the movers in the Austin area, and initially, we were told they didn’t have anyone and we’re so sorry. Within 5 to 10 minutes, I got a call from David, who said that he and his team (Deven and CJ), could come help us THAT DAY. David and his crew had the day off, but they worked with us and made sure that not only was our stuff moved, but it was moved fast and efficiently. They made sure to give us the best possible price as well, even though we definitely understood that we were going to have to be paying more. They wanted to make sure that we were taken care of after what happened to us.

David, Deven, CJ, and the great people at NorthStar moving really saved us and next time we move, we are calling them. I highly recommend working with them, the BEST!!!
