I am writing this letter to convey my gratitude for the recent services your company rendered to me and my husband during our move to Oregon, where we are retiring, from Southern California. Your employees made a task that would have been monumental for us to complete look easy. We were informed all through the process what would be done for us and when it would be done. Our phone calls were returned promptly and all contact made by you and your team were professional. The manner in which our property was prepared for shipping, loaded and unloaded was exceptional. All of our belongings, including our antique radio cabinet and my grandmother’s antique oak chest, arrived safely. The payment we made to your company seems so inadequate for all the equipment, materials and man hours that were provided by your company for our move. “Thank you” just doesn’t seem to be enough. We will be forever grateful.
