I was contacted by Wendy from NorthStar and I was able to tell her in detail what happened for that moving day. She apologized for the
miscommunication on behalf of NorthStar and I appreciated how she mitigated the situation. She also said to give them a second chance
whenever we move again and to contact her personally to help out with the move.
It’s good to know that NorthStar cares about their customers and make the effort to improve their service.
