Moved our elderly mother from her large home in Calabasas to a Condo in Encino. Worked with Ron who was wonderful. His quote was detailed & competitive! I sent Ron lots of texts & emails regarding HOA requirements. He got back to me in a timely manner and took care of everything perfectly! The crew arrived at our moms on time , very kind, considerate, & packed everything up securely! The move which had challenges due to small staircases & elevator was done professionally and the crew said not to worry they would make it work!  Flexibility, Good Attitude, and Professional! What more can you ask for! As an added bonus they finished quicker then the not  to exceed quote so we ended up paying less then the quote!
