I wanted to take some time to acknowledge the excellent customer service provided by Ted Tindall, William the moving foreman and his crew. 

I spoke to and research approximately 20 different moving companies including their BBB ratings.

I received a call the same day I inquired with NorthStar Moving from Ted Tindall. Ted was professional in my interaction with him on the phone; he was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He was very customer service forcused and not pushy. I appreciate his patience as we spoke 2-3 times and communicated by e-mail.

William and his crew arrived exactly as Ted had indicated. William and his crew were very very professional, courteous and knowledgeable also. They worked well together and very hard. 

Due to the representatives/employees above that represent your company I would definitely use NorthStar Moving again and will refer them to others as needed
