Last summer your company moved furniture and personal belongings of my wife, Eileen N. Herzog, from our former residence which was located at 104 Skipjack Lane, Foster City, CA 94404. For several months you stored her goods and then you sent them to her in Seaford, East Sussex, England. I am writing to report that her goods arrived in good order, and within a reasonable time. She has asked that I convey to you that she is highly pleased with your services. In particular, she was gratified by the patient, helpful, and informative work done by a man named Rom, (last name unknown). I am now winding down my career, and shall retire in two months. At present, all my furniture and goods are in storage in Foster City. However, upon retirement I will move myself and my goods to England, to rejoin my wife. I, too, had occasion to speak to Rom a number of times, and I heartily concur in my wife’s view that he’s tops. Thus-you may be sure that when I move I shall be in touch to see if we can work out a transaction.
