I had a wonderful experience with NorthStar. The level of customer service and professionalism was great. The 3 men who packed my belongings came on time, they were efficient, hardworking, and pleasant. Although 3 boxes were accidentally left NorthStar took care of it immediately. I actually have to take the blame, since I performed a final walk through after they were done and forgot to look inside one of my closets. When I noticed boxes were left I immediately called the company and spoke with Juan. Juan was amazing. I expressed to Juan that I was worried that my belongings would get lost since they were not with the original shipment. He was extremely understanding and promised to personally make sure my boxes would be included with my other belongings. He even promised to stay at work until my shipment arrived. He found someone to pick up my boxes right away. He called me when my boxes arrived and called when my other shipment arrived at the warehouse. He personally placed my boxes with the other items and took a picture of it for me. I was extremely appreciative of his level of service. Juan truly went over and beyond.

My shipment arrived within the stated window. The movers who delivered my belongings were also friendly and professional. However, one of my lamps was accidentally broken. I called NorthStar to inform them and to begin the claim process. I left a message with someone and I was immediately sent claim forms. It was during the holidays so I didn’t have much time to fill out the forms. However, a representative from NorthStar- Monica, called me to inquire about the claim and damage. She handled everything for me over the phone. I sent pictures of the damage, signed a form, and received a check the following week. I was so impressed at how proactive they were to address the problem. Mistakes happen. But the level of customer service I received from NorthStar doesn’t happen every day. They are truly a company that values their customers and strives to provide excellent service.
