I called the day before I was supposed to move. I used their online chat to get a quote. The person on the chat was m very friendly and explained the whole process to me.  There were no hidden charges or fees. I was given a 2-hour window in which the moving crew would arrive. They arrived 15 minutes before the time and call before they arrived to make sure I was ready. The crew was very professional, trust with their companies t-shirts. They took good care in that wrapping up some of my items so  they would not get damaged. The crew was constantly moving and did not sit down or take any breaks until it was time for the lunch break.
