Moved yet again, so went to my now go-to NorthStar Moving. Setting up the appointment was quick and easy. I received a call a couple days prior to confirm arrival time. Due to an LA marathon I was advised there could be delays. So instead they requested the movers arrive even earlier at their warehouse (545 AM!), which they did, so the movers could arrive at my location on time still (8-10).
Randy Chicas called about 30 minutes before arrival to give a heads up. He, Erick, and CJ showed up, took a look, and promptly got to work. They packed everything with care, taking into account special requests I had (pack certain things for storage, or donation, etc.). With no time wasted, everything was eventually packed, and delivered in same condition to my new location (everything in the proper room).
Side note, there was a 2nd location for delivering other items, but that went just as smoothly.
Other side note, they used prior packing material I happened to save (packing paper, boxes, tape), before using their material (which would cost extra). Point being, they were respectful of both time and materials (no needless waste/extra cost).
