After posting my review, I was contacted by Wendy who was extremely pleasant and wanted to address my concern about taking photos of my credit card. She thanked me for bringing this to her attention and said they went ahead and revised NorthStar’s policies to eliminate the taking photos of client credit cards.
For this I applaud NorthStar! It is so rare these days a business takes time to evaluate and, more importantly, address customer comments. It shows they really care about their reputation, customer satisfaction and strive to be among the best moving companies in Los Angeles. What more could you ask? Thanks NorthStar!
