The follow up was timely–everything arrived well (it was a cross country move from Long Beach to Orlando). And even though they couldn’t guarantee the delivery exactly — everything arrived one week after pickup.

The workers were extremely hard working & nothing was broken.

Everything got to my place without a scratch and without damage to the walls and molding of either place. The whole move went quicker than I expected too.

I have heavy, bulky furniture and I never heard any complaints. They packed carefully and efficiently.

I felt 100% comfortable with leaving all of my personal belongings while they drove it across country and I would recommend them to ANYBODY.

Movers were polite and hard working. Every piece was moved with no damage.

hey even helped out with little things like helping me carry trash outside, to getting things from our storage on the high up shelves in my garage.

They were always polite, and professional. I am an “older” single woman, and they treated me with the utmost respect. I would gladly recommend them to anyone who is contemplating a move.

The thing that impressed me most was even after having to move HEAVY things down 5 flights of stairs (YES, my elevator was broken), the guys had a smile on their faces the entire time. I was totally impressed and grateful for the guys, their attitude and their professional moving.

Everyone at Northstar has a positive and professional attitude. I would definitely use them again!
