I’ve used NorthStar Moving for my past 4 moves in the last 15 years and continue to receive great service and I am very happy with them. The office staff is professional and follow through with email confirmations and reminders. The movers are equally as professional and on time. This year I had to move a home and separate office into storage for several months, then I relocated 120 miles away. There were a few snafu’s in this process because it was a complicated move. NorthStar handled all of my issues in a timely and professional manner. Thank you Ronald for the excellent job representing the quality and service of NorthStar. We moved yesterday and couldn’t be more pleased with NorthStar services. Everyone we dealt with at NorthStar was very courteous, responsive, and helpful – from Jessica who took my first phone call, Ron who gave us an onsite estimate, to Chris who called to confirm our moving appointment the day before. And the three guys who physically helped us move were outstanding. William P., William C., and Jorge L. – they moved all of our stuff efficiently and safely. They made this the least stressful moving experience I’ve ever had. William called us about an hour before arrival, as I’d requested. They packed and moved all of our furniture and other items smoothly and carefully. All three were friendly and helpful. We’d definitely recommend these guys for any moving job.
Great guys! Ask for Karan & Joey & Edgar. Very organized & professional. They managed to get my huge reformer through my winding apartment building hallways without a hitch! I’d highly recommend them!
