Chase, Ceaser and Gerson just helped us move into our new home and they were awesome.
We were done from start to finish in about 5 hours. They helped us pack our entire kitchen and didn’t complain even a bit. Wish more of our moves were as easy as this one 🙂

I recently had to schedule a move on 3 days worth of notice. Well, my partner called NorthStar on Wednesday, they arrived promptly at the agreed upon time come Friday and everything was squared away in no time. Not only were they quick and professional, the price was more than reasonable. I’d absolutely use them again.
Who knows, Yelp could be a good place to start looking for movers. Yes, that was how I found NorthStar Moving Company.
I recently moved from Los Angeles to San Jose. The intrastate move was smooth, the movers were fast and efficient.
Since NorthStar is consolidated moving, the pickup date is up to you, and the delivery is within 1 to 10 day window. Luckily for me, it took only 2 days.
On the phone, the staff explains what the cost covers and what not. Once you reserve the pickup date, they will send a confirmation email stating everything you need to know about your move.
I packed all my stuffs in boxes and luggages, disassembled my bed frame in advance, so once the guys came, everything was ready to go. However, they do the whole assemble and disassemble things for you, just please tip them.
Will I be using NorthStar again, I would, plus I would recommend this to my friends for their future moves.

They are always incredibly receptive and helpful to any inquiries/details, and the movers are very efficient, and actually set up your belongings in a well-placed design.
1st time I’ve used a moving service, and it won’t be the last. I’ll surely be using NorthStar time and time again. 🙂

Great service! Prompt hard workers! Our crew Adrian (team leader), Vidal, Simon and Jason did a fantastic job. They did a long haul move for us from SF to Sacramento. They took good care of my now deceased grandmother’s belongings. I would highly recommend them to anyone!! We will in fact be hiring them again soon and asking for this exact same crew!
we had to move two apartments into one house and thought it would be extremely difficult but with northstar movers, we were able to get it done in one day without incident. Northstar’s employees were professional, efficient and courteous. They had all of the last minute supplies on Hand at affordable prices. 10/10 would use again for our next move.

The customer service for NorthStar is great! Get Stefy if you can – she coordinated both of my moves (I made sure to ask for her again), and is easy to work with and makes the process a lot less stressful.
My one complaint would be that the movers arrived at the end of the starting window and things moved slower than I expected, which resulted in us hitting some rush hour traffic on a Friday.
But besides that everything was smooth and all the silly moving policy shenanigans that my move-out building required were expertly handled by Stefy.

This company was great! Chase, Caesar and Maro did a great job and moved everything in a really timely manner. They were super careful moving my stuff and even cleaned up after!
