Cheap and professional. Aren’t those the only two things that you are looking for in a moving company. People that are professional and are willing to do it at a reasonable price. I will use them again if move.

Northstar came through for me again. Ron, the head appraiser / move manager is totally awesome as was Elesco, the foreman, and crew members: Factor,
Yobany, Jose, and Ranly. They’re a very professional bunch that really hustles and we ended up 800 bucks below estimate. I’ve used them for three moves
and would definitely again, but thankfully I’m not planning to go anywhere for years now 🙂

Our house burned down but for the garage, so we needed help quick. I chose north star as they were close to us but after having experienced their prompt
and professional service I realize I got lucky and would use them again from any distance. Robert, Jamaal and Jesse were courteous and cooperative and
the job went smoothly despite the somewhat less than ideal conditions. Beatriz in the office was on top of everything from the time I asked for an estimate to
the follow up emails and it was a great relief to get this step in our rebuilding over with, thanks again!

I just wanted to give a HUGE shout-out to Kobe, Abby and Wendy from their accounts/accounting team. For my move, there was a mishap of the walls at my old condo building being scratched. I was initially nervous to contact Tim (the mover who helped me) because I’m so used to companies usually putting on the defense so they don’t have to pay for the damages. However, this was entirely different. Tim, my mover, was extremely professional and referred me to Kobe, who then referred me to Abby/Wendy (I’m assuming in accounting). They helped pay for the damage but what truly impressed me the most was their amazing professionalism and customer service. Every single step, they were courteous, responsive, and extremely helpful. The damages were paid with absolutely no headache and I was honestly blown away by how a small mishap turned into the most painless thing to fix. HUGE props to them on this. I’ve never had a company handle a bad situation so well and make it so painless. Seriously, if you’re not sure about hiring them for a move, just know that they handle any problems with the utmost professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency.
North Star Movers is the best moving experience I’ve ever had. Everything went so easy. Our move was scheduled for the movers to arrive between 8am-10am. John Henry Wilson was our team leader and he called me at 7am to tell me he was on his way and would be there at 8am. They were exactly on time. Jesse Estrada and Jose Gomez came along with him and they were all friendly and positive. They moved our office effortlessly. They were so strong, and we were impressed with John Henry lifting our couch by himself in one arm. They deassembled what was necessary and reassembled it correctly when they arrived to our new office. I would use them again and recommend using these guys for sure.

We did a regional move from Los Angeles to Sacramento. The price was significantly higher than two other moves, but this was essentially for an exclusive
move, and we negotiated around exact packing and delivery dates and bringing plants.

The crew at both ends were excellent. They arrived promptly on time, did great protective packing, including some very valuable antique pieces and a
Steinway piano, and worked hard but carefully to load and unload. They did a little extra moving of a few pieces for us at the house and were patient as we
did some final changes on furniture placement. This company prides themselves on excellent customer service, and we agree. Kudos and thanks to Jadiel,
