After posting my review, I was contacted by Wendy who was extremely pleasant and wanted to address my concern about taking photos of my credit card. She thanked me for bringing this to her attention and said they went ahead and revised NorthStar’s policies to eliminate the taking photos of client credit cards.

NorthStar helped us with our local move recently in Irvine. The team was very professional and courteous. They were careful in handling our furniture and laid down plastic films to protect the carpet. They were quite efficient considering that they finished the 3 BR move in just over 4 hours. My Roommate and I used NorthStar for a move from Hollywood to North Hollywood, they were so great and helpful!
