I am really impressed with Northstar and their professionalism! Gil came to my home and gave me a quote (reasonable and professional) and Gil always answered my never ending emails quickly. The 3 movers -Mark, Hector and Andres were AMAZING! they were on time, saved me a HUGE headache of packing (moving is already stressful enough). They were really wonderful. I would highly recommend this team of professionals for any move! Thank you.

Very happy with the moving experience. Great set of guys, all were helpful (even helped our neighbor with her stroller), arrived on time (8am), and superhero strong (one guy carried our entire queen mattress and heavy kitchen island on his own??!!). Communication was stellar including getting our rather strict home owners association rules to everyone involved and they gave us a great alternative deal when booking. It does work out a lot cheaper if you buy your own materials (boxes, plastic wrap and packing tape) which they will happily use. I wasn’t a fan of their own brown packing tape as it was hard to remove from furniture etc (only complaint). Would definitely use them again but hoping we won’t have to move again for a long time!
Every single person I have interacted with at North Star was excellent. From the moment you call them to the end of my delivery, every employee was jovial, helpful, and overall great. I called them on a Tuesday and they were able to arrange movers for that weekend. They confirmed the move the day before and even offered to do it earlier than they promised. Xavier and his crew were right on time at arrival and moved my stuff to my new apartment without a single scratch on anything. I simply could not have asked for more. These guys truly make the world a better place.
I used North Star on a move from Redondo beach down to Huntington Beach. The guys were great, super fast and very professional. My apartment in Redondo was a huge pain to get in and out of, lots of stairs a hill and no parking but they took care of everything no problem.

Chase, Jorge and Ryan were awesome! They came in a wrapped things up so securely in no time at all. Made it to my new home and had things delivered so swiftly to the proper rooms. Were courteous and friendly making my move a breeze. I will never move without Northstar again. Thank you!
