Northstar moving company was a great experience. I had to relocate in a hurry for a new job and these guys were on time and on top of things! Took all the stress off moving so I could start my new job after the weekend. Definitely would use the again and definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for a great moving company. These guys really set the bar!

Had a really great, thorough and fun time going through my home with Gadi prior to our move. He, along with the staff who set up my appointment over the phone, was very professional, interested and seemed to care about what he was doing. Haven’t had the best experiences with movers in the past, but I feel that NorthStar will handle our stuff as if it’s their own. Looking forward to our move now in a few weeks! -Dana R.
Rick, Jairo, and Andrew were awesome. They came in and got things done quick and easy…. Even my pain in the butt IKEA bed.

I was contacted by Wendy from NorthStar and I was able to tell her in detail what happened for that moving day. She apologized for the
miscommunication on behalf of NorthStar and I appreciated how she mitigated the situation. She also said to give them a second chance
whenever we move again and to contact her personally to help out with the move.
It’s good to know that NorthStar cares about their customers and make the effort to improve their service.
NorthStar Moving Company did a phenomenal job moving our family. The workers were cordial, fast, careful and moved every item exactly where we wanted
them to go.
My only real complaint is that the movers showed up 2 hours later than we thought they would, and multiple phone calls to the office didn’t give us an ETA or a
sense of what the hold up was. All we ever got was that “something must have held the team up”.
But a move is an all day affaire, and in that context this was a relatively minor problem. The rest of the moving day was punctuated by a terrific and successful
move.
Had a wonderful experience booking Northstar movers for my upcoming move! They were polite, professional and quick. Looking forward to using them again.
