Thank goodness we found NorthStar Movers. We’ve moved 7 times in 9 years. Our last movers were great – but too expensive. So we gave NorthStar a shot. The estimate process was simple and quick. They give you a “not to exceed” quote which is fantastic! The move is based on estimated time to move. If they finish before the estimated time (which they did for us!) you get $$ back. Crazy – right? If they move goes longer than the estimate, there is no extra charge. Our crew was friendly, professional and they did a great job. Hint – if you want them to pack EVERYTHING (which we did) just let them know and they’ll add the extra time (it was not much at all) to the bid. We’ll definitely use NorthStar again – but hopefully we are done with moving!
My first experience with a moving company, I must say my experience was a great one thanks to the great group of young men that came to move me and my families belongings to our new home. I could not be happier with the decision to go with north star movers as my moving company.
Orlando,Phillip,David & Marvin did a fantastic job of moving all our belonging up 40 plus steps in the heat all while keeping a great attitude and pace as they finished before the time allotted saving me some money…their professionalism, great attitude & hard work made what could have been a nerve racking experience a smooth and easy one.

I had a move today with Fred, Jorge L, and Matt. They were great! Really professional and fast! They handled my furniture with care and all had really great attitudes. I will for sure be using North Star again!
Jeremy, Eduardo, and Ruben were all extremely professional, courteous, and skilled at packing and moving my belongings. They showed up right at the start of my delivery window, and started immediately like seasoned pros. They handled all of my boxes and furniture with the utmost care, and were done in an hour and a half. Thanks guys!
Danny H, Danny T, Saul, and Rueben were fantastic! They moved us from a multi-level townhouse to a 2 story home and maintained a positive attitude all day despite some unexpected obstacles. They wrapped and handled all our items with care. I highly recommend!

These guys are great. Really friendly and easy to work with. The move ended up being more complicated than expected but they did their best to keep it as cheap as possible. William, Josh, and Richard worked tirelessly on my move. They were polite and friendly and extremely hard working. I’ve used Northstar with many of my moves and they always deliver. They showed up on time and my move was went very quickly! My boyfriend used a different company with less furniture and it took the other company twice as long. Go with Northstar! And ask for these guys! They have a higher hourly rate but they know what they are doing and it takes less time.
