These guys are great. Really friendly and easy to work with. The move ended up being more complicated than expected but they did their best to keep it as cheap as possible. Would definitely recommend in the future. Luis d. Was especially friendly and helpful. Cesar and Marvin were a great help too. Good guys
William, Josh, and Richard worked tirelessly on my move. They were polite and friendly and extremely hard working. I’ve used Northstar with many of my moves and they always deliver. They showed up on time and my move was went very quickly! My boyfriend used a different company with less furniture and it took the other company twice as long. Go with Northstar! And ask for these guys! They have a higher hourly rate but they know what they are doing and it takes less time.

kevin, tobias and austin helped me move from oakland to san francisco today in 5 hours flat. they also helped to pack some of my kitchen (i ran out of boxes!) and they moved my super heavy, 100% latex mattress with no complaints! they were super kind, efficient and friendly – and even put back together my couch with a smile.

It seemed too good to be true but it was not. 5 guys packed my entire house, moved it, and partially unpacked it into my new house all in one day and for significantly less than the not-to-exceed price I was quoted. Piano, large furniture, 75 pieces of fine china, all unscathed. I can’t believe I ever moved on my own before.
Setting up a reservation with Ana on the phone was quick and easy. She was courteous and informative. Would recommend this company for customer service.
Great customer service, very professional. I requested a quote online very late one night, and received a follow-up phone call the next morning. Spoke with Ana about a local move – she was very friendly and easy to talk to, and quickly followed up with me by email with rates and next steps. She even voluntarily asked if I saw the Yelp deal to save me money!
