If you get Darryl Morris, Drake Patton, and Ricardo Chavez on your moving day you are one very, VERY, lucky customer. These three guys made moving a total breeze. They were efficient, polite, knowledgeable, friendly and most of all delicate with my belongings. I could not be more pleased with my moving day.
Northstar delivered me some strong, hard working dudes and made my move as easy as possible.
Darryl even helped unpack my car at the new spot, and worked around all the crazy parking at my old residence in that big truck. Which is no easy feat.
Drake was so helpful with wrapping my things, and maneuvering my furniture through awkward spaces at my old residence.
And Ricardo was so sweet and moved like lighting, zipping things in and out I didn’t even have to lift a finger.

Second move in a year, same excellent service excellent price, will rec to anyone who moves
Fantastic experience, great price, hardworking & friendly movers. Moved my 1br apartment to a 3rd floor apartment nearby (same city, Aliso Viejo). Total cost was $400 (before tip, also, I saved $100 on Angie’s List), they did it in like 2 hours.
Richard & crew were super courteous, fast, flexible and careful with my stuff. What more could you ask for?

Northstar, and more specifically Ruben, Jorge, and Dominick, exceeded expectation. They were careful with our belongings while still working quickly and efficiently.
We were their second move of the day but the guys maintained complete professionalism and went above and beyond the call of duty.

When we found ourselves ready to move and had a house filled with memories that I wanted moved, I called NorthStar. Again. We had so much…we were exploding at the seams. Not one complaint. David F. came prepared with the most wonderful team…James, Ruben and Anthony Z. They never stopped…four energizer bunnies running, wrapping, lifting and packing…it was a flurry of caring hands wrapping our most precious belongings. I can’t say enough good about this crew….or the office staff that scheduled our appointments promptly and with a smile. Hey guys…can you hear me….YOU ROCK! You are special and I hope the delivery team is as special! They ended a very long day…very long with a smile…I have photographic proof 🙂

Ivan, Sammy, and Roman did a great job helping me move all of my stuff and reassembling my furniture. I called North Star two days before and they found a time for me on the day I needed without a problem. They even called the evening before to confirm. When they came, they did it all in less than four hours! This is my second time using this company and I highly recommend it. I was only moving around a mile within Culver City but I had a lot of stuff – a full sized bed, desk, two dressers, and a bunch of other large stuff. With all of the deals I combined my total came out to less than $500. Keep in mind the price/ hour depends on what time you want to use the movers. The morning hourly rate is more expensive than the afternoon, I think. Either way, these guys are super trustworthy and friendly and I will continue to use this company for all of my moves, if I have to move again…hopefully not though, haha.

Jorge and his crew, Kevin and Richard, moved me today and they were incredible. Fast and friendly. When they encountered a problem with the truck they communicated with me and the staff in the office was so friendly and helpful! This was my third and by far my best move with NorthStar!
This was my first time using North Star Movers and I am extremely proud of my decision. Fred, Artem, and Ricardo came to help me move my stuff into a trailer for shipment to North Carolina. They had the difficult task of “Tetris-ing” my boxes into the 9ft tall trailer but they handled it flawlessly. I couldn’t have chosen a better company and been fortunate to have such a great team help me. I recommended them to a friend who is moving in a few months, and since my friend was present, he agreed.
