great movers! Luis R, Vinny, and Roman are the best. they did a great job with some tricky maneuvers of large furniture getting everything we needed to both stories of our home.
Our movers: Sammy, Jason, and team leader Darryl M, were extremely efficient and a pleasure to work with. They were all so amiable, arrived on time, worked through the extreme July heat, carefully handled all of our items (even hand carrying an oversized painting down five flights of stairs), and were able to work around an elevator issue that arose in our apartment building during the move.
When we initially booked the appointment, NorthStar was they only moving company we contacted that was able to help us with a smaller truck (thereby allowing us to avoid the permits required for city parking of a standard sized moving truck). We would definitely use NorthStar again.

We had an excellent moving experience with North Star – Jason, Bidal and Dwayne were great. They moved ya from San Francisco to Pleasanton in a very hot 100 degree day
