I moved last weekend and decided to use movers for the first time. Both old and new apartments were located upstairs so I knew I needed help. I called on NorthStar and they were fabulous! Tracy and crew were prompt, organized and extremely hard working. They even helped me set up my furniture and other belongings in my new place. I couldn’t have asked for a better company or group of workers than Tracy, Luis, Joe and Alex. I am so appreciative and will Always use NorthStar and recommend you guys, thanks again! This review is for the in-home estimate that I had today with Mike. Northstar gave me an hour window that the estimate would take place. Mike called me to let me know he was on his way and he arrived on-time. He was friendly, did the estimate within 15 minutes, and was able to answer our questions. Mike said that he would be sending us the estimate in the next 24 hours. I will update my review once we review the estimate and decide if we will go with NorthStar Moving when we move next month.
Highly recommend! Have used various moving companies for both short and long distance moves. Everyone at Northstar was extremely professional and the cost was very competitive for quality service.

-Ron Cohen, estimator, was professional, arrived on-time, was efficient, provided an in-person quote with detailed information, and immediately followed up with corresponding paperwork
-Ivan, Martin, and Joseph called 30 min. before their arrival and were extremely courteous, fast but yet very careful with our furniture. They worked so efficiently we ended up paying less than the quoted estimate.
Moving is never fun but it was such a relief being able to trust your movers. Would definitely use them for any future moves. Excellent service from start to finish!!!
