My name is Terry, I needed movers who could move me last minute . They promised me 3 guys and I got a complimentary 4th guy. It was great service. All my furniture was wrapped perfectly and they were careful not to hit the walls, in either home and everything was in perfect condition. Each person was professional and very accommodating. Jay, Deaaron, Victor and Cain were great and provided us great service!
Tek and his crew came on time and moved my 3 bedroom house with lightning speed. No damage and they were all professional and friendly. Highly recommend!

NorthStar just completed an across-town move for me in San Francisco and I have a lot of stuff that needed to be packed, wrapped, disassembled, reassembled so it wasn’t an easy move. I had two days scheduled — one for packing and wrapping, and the other for moving. I had the same crew both days, led by the amazing Jeremy, and they were courteous, grateful, professional, and went above and beyond to help me. I even got a little cranky, as people who move tend to do because we aren’t doing this daily, and they were extremely patient.
Everything arrived safely, all details and charges were explained to me without issue, and I never felt concerned, uncomfortable, or unsafe. I love this company and will definitely use them if I move again, and will recommend to all of my friends.

Northstar Moving was the one vendor in the entire moving process that consistently delivered customer satisfaction. This company is efficient, easy and professional to work with. In the last 11 months alone, I hired Northstar 5 times, twice for my parents, and 3 times for my own household. You can imagine that’s a lot of moving and a lot of stress. From the customer service rep who scheduled all my appointments (Stefy Nudel) to the last mover (Edgar), NorthStar moving was such a saving grace. Update: We just moved and Miguel and his team were fantastic! They packed us one day and moved us the next. They packed us up quickly and well (all my fragile glassware etc., arrived in perfect condition). And the move…these guys were pros! It was raining–a continuous heavy downpour– the day of our move. They took such good care of our hardwood floors and carpets–you would never have known that they moved us on the rainiest day of the year. They placed all our boxes in the right rooms, put together our furniture and placed it where we asked and double-checked everything before they left. The crew was incredibly fast, polite, and just AMAZING!!! We really can’t say enough good things about NorthStar, they made our move as stress-free as a major move with a toddler can be. We would recommend them without hesitation.
