This review is late in coming but I had a small move in 2012 and although it was a short distance the movers treated my belongings as if they were moving
me across the country. I was very impressed with this company they are professional & courteous I would definitely use them again.

The office staff is excellent. From my first call for an estimate the staff person I talked to provided me with a clear estimate and thoroughly answered my question about unique locations, truck size and cancellation policy. Great first impression.
Second, my interaction with Rebecca for my confirmation was also great. I was greeted with a cheerful greeting and she had great energy all the way. She walked me through what would happen on move in day and asked a lot of great question to ensure a smooth process for the next day
Move in day. Javier and team: Brian, Juan and Pierre gave me a heads up when they would arrive. Mid way into my estimated time window. When the arrived the guys quickly went to work while Javier walked me through paperwork and details. They packed my stuff efficiently and with care. The guys were polite and very respectful.
The arrived at my new place fairly quickly and were able to load everything quickly and helped me stay under the minimum time. If you can for Nor Cal/Bay Area, make sure to request this team if you can.
