Great service all over. From the estimating stage where Gil came in and saw everything to the final details. Moving a 2 bedroom house full of baby stuff into a new house took 6 hours. Randy the foreman was great too. Asking where we want everything and getting it to fit.

The team of Randy, Joe, Ricardo and Prum did an amazing job moving my huge piles of  stuff up into my 2nd floor duplex.  They were courteous, fast, careful and professional.  They were a pleasure to work with and did an excellent job.  I own heavy things, like a 10 foot dining room table, that required some problem solving and geometry to get in the apartment.  They did it! They even moved my piano without question!  They were respectful of my belongings and even allowed me to change my mind a few times.  I had a lot of stuff, and they did it fast without complaint!  They made today, which could have been a headache, a pleasure.

Was making the biggest move from Marina Del Rey to DTLA. Carlos, Dennis and Louis were a huge help, super nice, efficient and easy. There is nothing that causes more anxiety for me than anything, and they made it very painless. They killed it. 

This is now the second time using NorthStar and I wouldn’t use anybody else at this point. I have had very bad experiences in the past and they are very professional and responsive.

Carlos and his team come highly recommended from me and my girlfriend. It was the second move actually with Louis and he is one of the most hard working people I have met. Use this guys! Don’t go anywhere else, not all 5 star reviews are equal.

These guys are as professional as it gets.  They arrived on time, had all the packing equipment we needed to protect the furniture and fragile items.  They worked so fast, had our 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment packed up in no time at all.  The 3 of then were also courteous and had a very positive, can-do attitude. Moving can be very stressful, but this one was the easiest I’ve ever done thanks to Northstar. They handled furniture disassembly and reassembly too, which was amazing since I had lost the instructions to several of the items like the entertainment cabinet.  I have to say that I would absolutely use this company again, and would recommend them to a friend or colleague without hesitation.  I’d use them even if they cost twice what they do, very affordable and excellent experience. Ask for Jesse, Emanuel and Emannuel, you will NOT regret it!

Jesse, Emmanuel, and Isaias are awesome!! They are so friendly, personable, and polite. They were on time too! They worked quickly and efficiently. They even took apart our bed frame without us asking. And they put it back together too! Their wrapping skills are awesome! They really took good care of all our stuff. It amazes my husband and I how great they are, yet also very affordable. We highly recommend these three guys, and North Star! We know next time we move we’re calling North Star, and specifically requesting Jesse, Emmanuel, and Isaias!! And Beatrice was also very friendly and easy to deal with when I made the appointment. This company will be your best investment when moving. Junior, Kevin and Waldo were great. They were super efficient and experienced. Also very respectful and honest.
