Jorge J, Albert and Abraham were so kind – such a pleasure to work with. They were extremely efficient, worked very hard and even helped us unpack and organize at our new home. All of our valuables/fragile items were well taken care of and intact. Very affordable and reasonably priced. Will definitely be using NorthStar again for future moves and highly recommend them!

We were nervous about hiring a moving company after hearing some horror stories about difficult companies and all the headaches that can come with moving. We are so happy we went with NorthStar Moving!  We did a move from Walnut Creek to Menlo Park. The estimating process was very easy and was done via FaceTime. I asked for a not to exceed and was happy with the process. The moving team that came to our house was prompt and very professional. They were very efficient and did a great job packing up all of the odds and ends that we couldn’t fit in standard sized boxes. All of our items arrived in great condition.  They were so fast that we came in under budget. We will definitely use NorthStar for our next move.

They arrived on-time and the crew was extremely friendly. We had them move all of our furniture and TVs with no damage at all. The move was done faster than we expected and to top it off their truck ran on Biodiesel, so also great for the environment. Would definitely use them again for a future move!

We had the absolute best experience with our move. If I could give 10 stars I would. They made the entire experience incredibly easy, and moved our house and storage unit (on the other side of town) to our new home in 1 day. They were able to make a last minute move date change due to our floors in the new house being delayed, and saved hours of stress off our lives by making that switch. Albert and his team from NorthStar did a fantastic job with my move. They were helpful, professional, and hard working. We were able to move my 1000 sq ft place in just under three hours and when I needed to pack away a few things, they were able to help with all the supplies I needed.

They did a wonderful job wrapping and transporting my art and delicate furniture. They were punctual down to the minute of the 30 minute arrival phone call estimate. I would definitely use them again. No complaints whatsoever!
