I used NorthStar Moving a couple times about 15 years ago, and fortunately hadn’t had to do a ton of moving since. However, I had to recently move my childhood home chaulk full of stuff! I reached out to NorthStar Moving through Yelp and received a call within 10 minutes or so. We discussed my move and we scheduled a virtual tour via FaceTime. I walked them through and had an estimate by that afternoon (for half the price of the movers recommended by my realtor).

The team called 30 min ahead of arriving and knocked the job out quickly. They brought a team of five and they worked from 9am-5pm with a 30 min break.

All my items were cared for, including antique furniture with glass. Nothing was broken or damaged. The team was courteous and professional the entire time. This company has consistently supported my moves and it is not surprising how the company has grown. A+

We used this company to move from the East coast to Los Angeles 8 years ago and when I decided to move again from east LA to Santa Monica I knew they were the team to use again.  We made the move on Super Bowl Sunday and with only 2 movers we were able to finish in 3 hours (including travel time)…just in time for them to get home to catch the game.  Thank you to Anuvis and team!

Northstar Moving Company has been so accommodating. I had Alejandra B. from their team help guide me over the phone although I was stressed with my day, and she was just so sweet. Her and another worker were so patient – They not only helped me lift everything into my storage from my car, but took everything out of my old storage so I could take pictures of and put everything back in for me  Very good customer service! 10/10 would recommend!

Albert was attentive to my demands throughout the process and made every effort to communicate with me at all hours of the day. Being a full-time working mother of five, this means a lot to me. There isn’t enough time in the day to get everything done, but Albert came through for me during one of the most stressful times of my life, when we had to move our stove. He was really professional throughout the process, assisting me in understanding what I wanted and doing so with respect and expertise. I had a great experience with Northstar moving from Northridge to West LA. They showed up on time, were friendly, professional, and efficient. They were able to finish the job in under four hours and made the entire process very easy, from booking the reservation to unloading the final box. I’d definitely use them again.

Amazing moving experience! They called us beforehand to let us know when they’re arriving, and packed everything efficiently and carefully within a couple of hours.

They moved everything rapidly (but carefully!) into my new living space and placed everything in its right place.
