Each and every piece of furniture and article was handled with the utmost care and consideration.
I have recommended your moving company to the Las Virgenes Village homeowners association with much enthusiasm so that other homeowners can also benefit from a moving company which from my personal experience I believe to be one of the best in the industry.

I am writing this letter to let you know that you have a group of employees who are absolutely outstanding. Starting with the first person we spoke to who arranged our move, through the men sent to do the actual moving, all we were exemplary. I believe their names are Eric Aldana, Jose, Offik, and one other Israeli man.
Recently my wife and I had occasion to use your moving and storage facilities; moving from two homes, one in Agoura hills, and one other in Granada Hills.
The group of men who packed and delivered our goods were wonderful. They were absolutely professional in the way they handled our possessions, wrapping everything so very carefully that we did not have one item broken.
We had two households filled with many years of belongings which had to be moved to our new home in Carpinteria. Two truckloads of furniture and personal belongings had to be unloaded. The men you sent did it in a minimal amount of time, putting everything exactly where we asked them to, with NO COMPLAINTS. They worked continuously from the time they arrived until the job was done. The only break they took at all was a few minutes which I insisted upon, for them to have a quick lunch. Other than that, they never ceased to work hard and fast.
Both my wife and I were impressed, not only with their ability to do all the things that was necessary to get the move done, but especially with their attitude. Not one complaint; not one gripe; nothing but absolute professionalism.
My wife and I wish to commend those men for the very fine job they did for us.
Although it will probably never happen, should we ever decide to make another move, I promise that your company will be the one getting our business, and this is because of the fine group of men you sent to take care of us.

I wanted to take a moment to again thank you for taking that “extra step” to arrange for our move to take place on Sunday, May 5th instead of the day for which it had been scheduled on Monday, May 6th. Recently I was in charge of consolidating the relocation of all of our various divisions across the country to our new corporate headquarters in Las Vegas. Along with the corporate moves, I also had the task of making the moving arrangements for all of the executives’ homes, including my own. I cannot tell you how happy I was that I chose NorthStar Moving to handle all of these moves. All of the members of your moving crews were extremely efficient professionals.
I was impressed by your organization’s ability to adapt to our ever changing schedule, our multitude of demands, and our varying moving needs at the two ends of the country simultaneously. At one point in the planning process, I considered breaking the moves in to various parts (Commercial, Residential, and by Region: California and Florida) hiring a different moving company for each part. However, in the final analysis I opted to use your company for the entire project. This choice was absolutely the correct one.
Not only were all of the moves handled with the utmost care, but my work in managing the process was drastically reduced by the fact that I now had a “partner in crime” to share my responsibilities. Your Commercial Division Project Manager, Ram Katalan, made my job that much easier. Ram effectively managed all aspects of all of the moves. He seemed to always be available to me to answer any of my questions and to make the multitude of arrangements for the plethora of last minute changes.
The bottom line is that what could have been a series of disasters, emerged as a fully coordinated move. I am afraid that I do not recall the names of all the movers, your office staff, or the rest of the team who made our moves into our new corporate headquarters a resounding success, but to everyone involved; Thank You for UStel, Inc.!

On the above referenced date, your crew, under the direction of Eitan Aizenshtein, prepared my furniture for short term storage. I have never seen such care, and attention go into the preparation of furniture for storage, and it as done exactly as shown in your “Insider’s Guide” pamphlet.
Your crew worked steadily and everything was wrapped, padded and loaded onto your truck in a timely manner. It was a very hot day, but the men kept working until the job was finished. I anticipated the return from storage will be handled in the same professional manner.

One year ago, my family and I made the move from New York to Los Angeles. Thankfully, your crew here handled the move wonderfully. We had the opportunity to meet Eithan Aizenshtein, who not only took care of our job well, but was a pleasure to talk to.
Last week, to my surprise, I met Eithan again when he arrived as the foreman in charge of the move for my mother, Miriam Nussbaum. I am so grateful to him, not just for handling the move efficiently, but also for making a pleasant day out of what could have been a very tense, frustrating day for my mother.
