I have used Northstar at least seven times in the last nine years. I have moved back and forth from Anaheim to the Valley over the last couple years and always call these people to help me with the transition. This last move on 7/30/09 was particularly good as I was very stressed out and unprepared. The crew showed up on time, (Guy Hacyma and his guys) were extremely helpful, professional, and fast. It was over before it started and I was all moved in to my new place without a hitch. Northstar always goes above and beyond when it comes to helping customers. I will never move anywhere without them!
NorthStar Moving was awesome, amazing. We’ve moved, or I’ve moved, at lease 25 different times in my life and this was absolutely the best experience. One of the easiest moves I’ve ever had to go through, and NorthStar Moving did it. Excellent job, and I would use them any other time I have to move.
The crew today has been really fabulous, they got here early at 8:30 this morning they worked until, gosh I don’t even know what time it is now. Quarter to 5. All day long, they took a very short break for lunch, had never a complaint at all and have been really great to us. So we really appreciate your help. This was our first time hiring movers and we were a bit nervous. We checked with a few companies, but finally settled on NorthStar primarily because the price was right and the reviews were good. And we are so glad we did! The crew, Daniel, Arie and Elias were amazing! My boyfriend and I would definitely request the same crew for our next move. They were efficient, professional and hard working. They worked together well and got the job done very fast.
Also, the other companies we checked with made a big deal about the fact that the apartment we were moving out of was on the second floor with 3 flights of stairs and about 50 yards of sidewalk to the truck. But with NorthStar and this crew it didn’t even come up. There were no complaints or remarks, they just got the job done and were pleasant the whole time.
We would definitely recommend them to anyone.
