Second experience with them and it was a solid moving experience considering that I hate moving. Juan Zepeda, Eliseo Figueroa and Jairo Gomez did a great job! Each of them was very courteous and professional. I would use these guys again to move in a heartbeat.

These guys were great. We were told they would show up between 8 and 9 am on a Saturday. They called at 7:15 saying they would be around 8 am and showed up right at 8.
There were 3 guys and they were incredibly efficient. We had roughly 30 boxes and furniture as part of a 900 square foot apartment.
They moved our boxes in about 45 minutes and then took about another hour to do the rest. They then drove 45 minutes to our place and unpacked everything.
All told we paid $640 for 5 hours including the coupon we got on Yelp. These guys were great.
There were a couple of shelving units that they took apart that now don’t work totally so we have to find a part to keep the shelving upright but otherwise everything was in good order.

The move was great – very smooth and the 3 guys were amazing! so helpful and even put my bed and dining table together!

I moved from Los Angeles, California to Seattle, Washington. I’ve had some TERRIBLE experiences with moving companies and wanted to avoid any broken or stolen items during this move. A friend recommended Northstar and I honestly could not have been happier with their service.
The office is extremely professional and responsive and the movers are quick, efficient and also very professional. I was the most annoying customer, I kept adding and removing items after my initial quote to bring down the cost and Gil, my relocation specialist, was always very responsive and understanding.
On moving day they provide a window for when the movers might arrive– 8:30-10:30, the movers arrived at exactly at 8:30AM. They were extremely thorough, careful and fast! They have a system to track your things to make sure you get all your belongings and my things arrived within the estimated time frame. Of all the many things that I moved I only had two minor damages, cracks in my dresser and standing fan. The claims process was easy peasy and very fair. Monica was on top of it and very pleasant to work with. I can’t say enough about their customer service.
Moving is stressful enough. If you want peace of mind and a pleasant moving experience — hire Northstar. I would recommend them to anyone.
