I used NorthStar moving to take my stuff from a storage unit to a 3rd floor walk-up condo in SF. I scheduled the move rather last minute but Stefy at headquarters was able to fit me in and confirm my move almost immediately after I first reached out. The moving crew arrived on time and were friendly and professional. They did a great job with my stuff! I would definitely recommend NorthStar to anyone looking to move within the Bay Area!

NorthStar made my move as easy as it could possibly be. They provided very accurate information about costs, shipment conditions, and timing. I received a call 24 hours before the move and then 1hr before the movers came. Adrian, Julio, and Rodolfo did a great job and worked hard to make the move within the three hours, which was the initial estimate. Adrian walked me through the paperwork in a quick and professional manner, and answered thoroughly to all my questions. I definitely recommend them.
Great movers! Miguel, Diego, Bidal called me before to let me know when they would be arriving and didn’t start the time until they truly started moving. They were efficient, friendly, and careful. We had just painted the hallway at the new house and they didn’t scratch the walls at all. They were absolutely great, from an industry where I’ve learned to expect poor customer service, Miguel, Diego, and Bidal were phenomenal. If you are wondering which crew to use, look no further.

OK I’ve moved bfore and had terrible issues with movers. I was “gun shy” as it is said. Thanks to this company, Raymond and his crew, it was flawless! They were friendly and fun, highly efficient and fast. I can’t say what a relief it was to have such a positive experience. They moved my two bedroom apt full of very heavy things and wrapped everything that I was worried about. Yes I paid for it but, the key is to have the estimator come to your house so you can get their “not to exceed price” Michael came to my house and was $27 off but, I only paid the estimated price.

(Did I mention hauling my heavy things up four flights of stairs at the destination?” I only moved about 8 miles away, but I was worn out just carrying the left overs that I wanted to take myself. I packed all my stuff before thay came so I was ready.

This is an amazing moving company! The guys were SO efficient and professional. They were so trustworthy that I left them at my place while taking my cat over to the new place. Luis, Richard, and Miguel are some of the hardest working men I’ve seen! I will definitely use them again for my next move 🙂
