Luis, Rafael, Alan and Jessie were great! They took extra care of all of our belongings and were extra careful moving all of our furniture into our newly remodeled home. They even had the tough challenge of hauling our oversized washer and dryer to the second floor up a curved staircase that had all new banisters, and they pulled it off without any damage! Thanks guys.
We have used northstar movers twice now and both times they were extremely friendly, efficient and cost effective. They packed us up and moved us before we even knew what hit us. Tom and his team did an excellent job with my move in the city. Street parking, hills, and 4 flights of stairs seemed easy for these guys. Very friendly and efficient. I also found the customer service team helpful before my move. Very responsive and easy to work with. Will definitely use them again in the future.
