This is the second time I’ve used North Star and they were very helpful. The crew communicated well and was prompt when arriving. They were very accommodating and helped move everything from large furniture to paintings. They helped with finding the right spot for everything once delivered as well. The crew was very friendly and answered all of the questions I had around what needed to be done. Would recommend for any move.

The most efficient and caring moving company. We were making the move from sf to Palo Alto. Making a reservation was easy plus they also do moves on Sunday. The staff was super friendly and noted all of our special requests.
The movers arrived on time with all necessary packing and moving stuff. They were really fast with packing and securing all the items from the apartment. As requested they brought tons of wardrobe boxes, which was a life saver (I have a lot of dresses). They were extra careful when wrapping all of our furniture and electronics too. They also disassembled our bed and made sure all the bed parts were securely wrapped. They assembled it for us in our new home as well.
It was a pretty hot day, but these guys worked tirelessly to get us settled in. The new place didn’t even have an elevator, and everything had to carried up two sets of stairs but they were still smiling and laughing through it.
They are really professional and take great care of your stuff. Highly recommend them!!!

The guys were extremely professional and punctual for my move. The entire crew kept the same pace throughout the entire long almost 9.5 hour day. I would definitely want to book the ALL-STAR CREW again!
Booking was super fast and easy. They called us an hour before arriving. 3 movers Andres, Noe, and Jose were extremely efficient and professional. All of our items arrived in perfect condition. They were extremely careful in packing and moving the items as to not damage our previous and new apartment. I would highly recommend using Northstar for any of your moving needs. We had our upack shipment arrive early and Northstar movers were able to accommodate us first thing the next day. The movers arrived on time to the pick up location and were very patient and friendly. They loaded all of our belongings with care and were very conscious of my fragile boxes. They worked efficiently to make my move as smooth as possible. Andy, John and Oscar are very friendly and explained everything thoroughly. First time to use North Star Movers and we were not disappointed! Andy, Jonathan, and Oscar from the Irvine location were all very nice and very professional. They worked very fast but very carefully as well. No dents on any of our stuff at all. Furniture arrived the same way they left and no piece was missing. These guys have a great working attitude and we didn’t hear any complaints despite moving in this sweltering heat. They did an awesome job and made the move easy for us! I’m hoping we don’t have to move for a while but if we do, we’ll definitely go with North Star again!

Another excellent move by NorthStar. Thomas and his crew, Pedro, and Marcos were awesome! Near one the hottest days of the year and they barely stopped for water. They also finished in about 30% less time than I had estimated/budgeted which is great for obvious reasons.
Outstanding! The 3 men assigned to our move-Phenomenal efficiency, and above & beyond work ethic. The crew deserves high praise and a pay raise, and should be recognized/commended for their performance. As well, for Ana in the office.
