We wanted to write to express our thanks for a fantastic moving experience. We moved on March 2, 2007 from Menlo Park, CA to Palo Alto,CA with Nick and his 4 men crew. Nick and the guys arrived promptly and were very professional. Not a single thing was broken or damaged. Most of all, Nick didn’t bat an eye when he saw how much there was to pack. He and the guys worked diligently from 8:00am to 6:00pm packing and moving us, then they unloaded our storage items at the storage facility. It was a 12+ hour day for them, and they were professional all the way.
We are planning to move again in a few months and we will definitely call NorthStar. Next time we will request Nick (and maybe a bigger crew, so they don’t have to put in such a long day). We will recommend NorthStar to everyone we know.

Our family moved from Tarzana to Agoura Hills three weeks ago. Your team from Northstar – Shahan (foreman), Enrique L., Jose K., Avi, Shy and Adam were exceptional. They packed us up on one day and moved us in record time the next. Your team of wonderful men knocked on our door bright and early, and they were energetic and eager to start working. They were fast, hard working and very professional. All four men divided and conquered different areas of the house to pack all our items with great care and concern. As you both know, we had many very fragile Art sculptures and heavy paintings that are cumbersome and large scale and they took the extra time to be sure all our Art was packed securely and labeled as such. Really, these men were terrific! Gadi, you are a fantastic representative of NorthStar. From the minute we met you, we liked you. You exude sincerity and warmth and have great confidence in your Company. You made a daunting project seem easy. You walked us through the entire process from beginning to finish and gave us timeline updates while the truck was in transit. We really appreciated that. We’re off to a great start on a beautiful relationship!! Gadi Avigzer estimated my job, and Nick and his crew moved me out of my house and into your storage facility a few days ago. I’ve been by your warehouse two times now, and all your employees have been just wonderful!
I was kind of nervous about moving all my stuff into storage, but Gadi was so understanding and really helped me to feel comfortable with it all. I felt like the whole NorthStar team took extra special care of me.

I would like to personally thank Gadi Avigzer and the NorthStar moving team, for another successful and stress free moving experience.
I have had the pleasure of moving with Gadi and the NorthStar team 3 times in the last 6 years, and I believe it is true what they say, “Three times is a charm”.
This particular move was a bit more challenging for me, as we were moving two separate households and combining them into one home. I was particularly stressed out with the timing of the two moves as well as the reconstruction that is currently taking place in the new property.
Gadi assured me that the team could work around any obstacle, and would provide excellent service and care with our property.
The team, headed by Nick, was once again above and beyond my expectations.
The team arrived on time, moved quickly, efficiently, and never once caused alarm as they moved expensive furniture and equipment. The team was courteous and friendly, but kept focused on the job and finished well under the time allotted on both moves.

It is my mother’s name, MADELINE H. PALMER, that appears on your documents (Ref. # 111172) but it was I with whom you created miracles during our ordeal. It’s been quite a year, and, when an adult daughter is moving an “eighty something” Mother from one Coast to another, it is always stressful. In our particular case, this move was fraught with complications involving my Mother sustaining an injury two weeks before our loading date.
