Great service! Prompt hard workers! Our crew Adrian (team leader), Vidal, Simon and Jason did a fantastic job. They did a long haul move for us from SF to Sacramento. They took good care of my now deceased grandmother’s belongings. I would highly recommend them to anyone!! We will in fact be hiring them again soon and asking for this exact same crew!

John and his team did a great job for our move from the Bay Area to Las Vegas. They were extremely thorough and careful in packing all our items in plastic wrap, blankets, and boxes. In addition, the central office and our estimator Michael were extremely responsive and flexible. Not to mention, our move came out to be extremely cheap with all the promotions NorthStar gives through its initial estimate coupon and Yelp. I can’t believe we even considered going through a self-pack company. In the end, we probably spent the same amount of money as we would have using a self-pack company but saved a lot of time and stress with having actual movers do everything for us. Thank you NorthStar for the great price and service and for taking the stress out of our move.
Had my stuff in storage for nearly 8 weeks. Went from LA to NY Nd everything was smooth sailing! Nothing damaged or broken. Fairly fast packing and unpacking… Couldnt really fault it and the prices were really good!
Moving from SF to SEATTLE was made all the easier with the crew from NorthStar! I was impressed with the service from start to finish. Management was very easy to get a hold of and helpful with all of our insurance questions.
The team that came out to pack the first day and move us the next day was the same group of guys which made it easier on me. Also, they helped me understand why they were packing thing as they did, helping put my mind at ease with regards to all the glass and antiques I have.
The driver that meet me in Seattle was amazing, he truly threaded the needle when parking his 18 wheeler; a true pro! He team of guys he brought along also kicked butt, never once slowing down and always had a smile to give. Thanks guys!
Great experience. My crew (foreman Artem and his guys Jose, Noe and Quincy, were experienced, considerate and went beyond the call to ensure my things were well taken care of. From their prompt arrival in San Jose to the TLC during packing – despite a slight misstep that I’m assured will be handled correctly – to the arrival at my new home in Morgan Hill, these gentlemen were the absolute best professionals you could have to handle your move. I never hired professional movers before and this was my first time. A friend of mine told me about NorthStar and had mentioned that they were really good when his girlfriend used them. I decided to only use NorthStar never bother calling anyone else. Anyhow the guys showed up right on time, James W was the team lead for the move. I have to say I was really impressed with their professionalism and the effort they took to pack everything up properly. I have to say James W is a great lead and his team members Jose M, Edward A, Javier G are really hard working guys. They took my entire stress away and did all the work even when they were not expected to. My old landlord even mentioned how great of a job they were doing when they were packing and moving since we had my neighbor who was also moving (and she is a big time celebrity) and there movers were not even as close as Northstar. Going forward I will always use them for moving.
Just got moved by a team of 3 awesome guys: Randy Chicas, Jason Bonilla, and Michael Ray. Completely professional, on time, and handled my stuff with care. They helped pack everything and we got done in a timely fashion. Would definitely use them again!!!!
We had an amazing experience with NorthStar Movers. Many moving companies will try and gouge you with crazy fees and hidden costs but Northstar was very upfront and clear about costs (very reasonable!). Our Foreman Jairo and his team Art and Jose were very thorough, friendly and speedy! They wrapped and box our furniture and belongings with care and inventoried everything. I like that this company offers storage since we weren’t able to move into our new place right away. I would highly recommend NorthStar Movers, we will definitely use them again.

Our house burned down but for the garage, so we needed help quick. I chose north star as they were close to us but after having experienced their prompt
and professional service I realize I got lucky and would use them again from any distance. Robert, Jamaal and Jesse were courteous and cooperative and
the job went smoothly despite the somewhat less than ideal conditions. Beatriz in the office was on top of everything from the time I asked for an estimate to
the follow up emails and it was a great relief to get this step in our rebuilding over with, thanks again!
