Amazing job! Art, David and Karran were total pros from start to finish. We had a one-bedroom apartment filled with a heavy king-sized bed, an exercise bike, tables, couches, chairs, wardrobe boxes, flat screen TV and all of the other usual things. They handled it all perfectly. On-time and very friendly. We would highly recommend Northstar — especially this team — to everyone. Office workers are excellent too. Very responsive to all needs — even on the weekends.
Long Distance Move
When we found ourselves ready to move and had a house filled with memories that I wanted moved, I called NorthStar. Again. We had so much…we were exploding at the seams. Not one complaint. David F. came prepared with the most wonderful team…James, Ruben and Anthony Z. They never stopped…four energizer bunnies running, wrapping, lifting and packing…it was a flurry of caring hands wrapping our most precious belongings. I can’t say enough good about this crew….or the office staff that scheduled our appointments promptly and with a smile. Hey guys…can you hear me….YOU ROCK! You are special and I hope the delivery team is as special! They ended a very long day…very long with a smile…I have photographic proof 🙂

I was helped by Mark in getting the invoice after i realised that i had lost it somewhere . This was one week after i got my stuff . He took his time to scan and send it to me . Thanks Mark !

Thanks to the phenomenal customer service from NorthStar Movers’ HR department, I am able to confidently update my review to 5 stars. I was able to satisfactorily resolve the issue I had regarding my broken lamp, and I am also pleased and convinced that my poor experience with the previous manager was a one-off and not the level of service this company would typically provide.
Also, their visit to my office building for a moving quote was efficient, polite, friendly, and timely. Although the decision of which moving company to use for our business move isn’t up to me (our home office decides this) I am pleased we got an opportunity to get a quote from them and was satisfied with the service.
Totally recommend Northstar if you want to move, long distance or short! Calvin has a great team with him, arrived on time, took great care of my properties and is extremely professional. Thanks!!
NorthStar Moving was extremely helpful. We had items in their storage in Southern California and wanted only a portion of the items shipped to our home in Phoenix. The team in California was very helpful and patient with us as we went through all of our pieces of furniture. Once shipped (almost immediately!), the delivery arrived in Phoenix earlier than expected, expertly packed and very well taken care of. The team was quick to unload and set up and were a pleasure to work work. I’d certainly use them again and would strongly recommend them for both storage and moving!
