I am writing this letter to let you know that you have a group of employees who are absolutely outstanding. Starting with the first person we spoke to who arranged our move, through the men sent to do the actual moving, all we were exemplary. I believe their names are Eric Aldana, Jose, Offik, and one other Israeli man.
Recently my wife and I had occasion to use your moving and storage facilities; moving from two homes, one in Agoura hills, and one other in Granada Hills.
The group of men who packed and delivered our goods were wonderful. They were absolutely professional in the way they handled our possessions, wrapping everything so very carefully that we did not have one item broken.
We had two households filled with many years of belongings which had to be moved to our new home in Carpinteria. Two truckloads of furniture and personal belongings had to be unloaded. The men you sent did it in a minimal amount of time, putting everything exactly where we asked them to, with NO COMPLAINTS. They worked continuously from the time they arrived until the job was done. The only break they took at all was a few minutes which I insisted upon, for them to have a quick lunch. Other than that, they never ceased to work hard and fast.
Both my wife and I were impressed, not only with their ability to do all the things that was necessary to get the move done, but especially with their attitude. Not one complaint; not one gripe; nothing but absolute professionalism.
My wife and I wish to commend those men for the very fine job they did for us.
Although it will probably never happen, should we ever decide to make another move, I promise that your company will be the one getting our business, and this is because of the fine group of men you sent to take care of us.

On the above referenced date, your crew, under the direction of Eitan Aizenshtein, prepared my furniture for short term storage. I have never seen such care, and attention go into the preparation of furniture for storage, and it as done exactly as shown in your “Insider’s Guide” pamphlet.
Your crew worked steadily and everything was wrapped, padded and loaded onto your truck in a timely manner. It was a very hot day, but the men kept working until the job was finished. I anticipated the return from storage will be handled in the same professional manner.

Now that we are somewhat settled in since our February 10th move, we wanted to take a few minutes to thank you for your constant assistance during a stressful time.
Moving from one residence to another under normal circumstances can be difficult enough, but at least one usually moves everything completely from one spot to another. Here we were faced with the decisions of what to store, what to move-and to where…our temporary apartment, our vacation home-storage? On top of that were the residual possessions of adult children who didn’t quite take everything with them over the years. In the midst of this chaos your consistent reassurance and guidance were greatly appreciated.
We especially wish to command your fine moving crew who managed the redistribution of the contents of a large home between a small apartment and two storage units and did so efficiently. You had indicated that this was to be a two day job, but I didn’t expect your crew would have to work so late into the evening to accomplish it. They did so while maintaining a good humored professionalism which currently helped ease some of the feeling of mass confusion.

The office staff is excellent. From my first call for an estimate the staff person I talked to provided me with a clear estimate and thoroughly answered my question about unique locations, truck size and cancellation policy. Great first impression.
Second, my interaction with Rebecca for my confirmation was also great. I was greeted with a cheerful greeting and she had great energy all the way. She walked me through what would happen on move in day and asked a lot of great question to ensure a smooth process for the next day
Move in day. Javier and team: Brian, Juan and Pierre gave me a heads up when they would arrive. Mid way into my estimated time window. When the arrived the guys quickly went to work while Javier walked me through paperwork and details. They packed my stuff efficiently and with care. The guys were polite and very respectful.
The arrived at my new place fairly quickly and were able to load everything quickly and helped me stay under the minimum time. If you can for Nor Cal/Bay Area, make sure to request this team if you can.
Thank you Northstar for helping a single mom move painlessly and it was worth the cost especially with the Yelp coupon they are offering. Thank you! Will go with your company again
