Albert was attentive to my demands throughout the process and made every effort to communicate with me at all hours of the day. Being a full-time working mother of five, this means a lot to me. There isn’t enough time in the day to get everything done, but Albert came through for me during one of the most stressful times of my life, when we had to move our stove. He was really professional throughout the process, assisting me in understanding what I wanted and doing so with respect and expertise. Edgar and his team came and packed up our 1 bedroom SF flat in under 3 hours, wrapping our furniture and more importantly, bikes, up with great care. Service was pleasant and professional from quoting process up through packing, would definitely recommend!
