On Thursday 10/11, we were assigned Joel and his team to move our furniture from one apartment to another. I wanted to send a quick e-mail to let you know that they did a great job. They were professional, fast, and took exceptional care of all of our belongings. Nothing was scratched or broken and they maneuvered well through the narrow hallways of our new place. They were also very polite and insisted on carrying smaller items I was bringing in from my car.

I’m writing to rave about Armando and his crew. They had a lot of stuff to move, but they were efficient and careful. All of my fiancee’s and my stuff made it to our new home in excellent condition. Just a quick note to say that my wife and I were very happy with the service and professionalism we received from Northstar this past Saturday, 10/13.
The guys were quick, careful, friendly and very hardworking. The foreman was Eddie, the other movers were Eric F. and Augustin B., and they were all exceptional workers. They finished earlier than we expected, which of course meant the final price came in lower… always a nice bonus.

Northstar Moving Company moved me from The Villas to Broadcast Center on Friday, and I must say that it was the BEST moving experience I have ever had! Northstar specializes in “high end” clientele, and their Sales Rep. Yolanda might have already paid you guys a visit. They wrapped and protected my furniture to such a degree that it was almost unrecognizable! In addition, the team of movers they sent were POLITE (which you all know is very very rare with movers), clean, and dressed in matching red polo shirts.

The crew you sent were great! Chris was very nice and efficient. Our apartment was not the easiest to move out of (a two story apartment plus a flight of stairs down to street level) but your guys got the furniture down as quickly as possible. One of the glass shelves in the refrigerator did get broken but Chris immediately offered to clean the glass up. Considering the awkwardness of navigating the furniture down the stairwell I’m surprised and relieved that only a glass shelf was lost in the move. Chris was a great help and really made the move extremely easy and fairly stress free.
