My wife and I are extremely happy with our move today led by Luis, Santos, and Rafael. They were absolute gentlemen and hard workers all day.

They showed up on time and was efficient with the move. And also helped us with packing miscellaneous items. Upon arriving at our new home they meticulously assembled all of our furniture, and even took the extra time to fix my son’s bunkbed that was missing a part.

After getting many quotes some that were 3x the end price of our move we went with NorthStar. Originally we were going with a 3man team with expectations of a 4-6hr move time. The service team was amazing they called to confirm offered many different protection policies and at 4pm the day before our move date they were able to add a 4th guy and packing services.

The day of the move we received a call from the lead of our moving team Kevin R informing us they were on there way and be there in 40mins. I received a text telling me they were 5mins out. Once there I walked him through our complex so they could assess the easiest way for them to get in and out. His team Kevin A, Andrew M and Irvin U were very kindquick and respectful. To get our fridge out they had to completely remove our sliding glass door and replace it back in. Insanity. They took it last and made sure to move it in and plug it in before lunch so that some sensitive medication didn’t got bad. They went above and beyond. I would 100% recommend them.

I recently moved into my new place and I HIGHLY recommend this team. Gabby was thorough on the phone and checked in and gave updates on the spot and Alonzo and his guys (3 of them) swooped in and moved me in one place and out in 5 hours everything was in place and unscathed. Avner and his team made my move seamless and stress free. Communication was prompt, clear and without hassle. The morning of my move I realized the previous tenant had left some furniture that I wanted to get rid of. After trying to research which companies could come and move the junk out the same day as my move I reached out to Avner who said his team could take care of it no problem. What a relief!!!
