I’ve been using NorthStar for as long as I can remember (since around 1999) when it comes to ANYTHING moving related.
I have told everyone who’ll listen about their services and highly recommend them to anyone who wants to be assured that their items will be taken the absolute best care of.
With each referral and each of my own personal experiences, they continually go above and beyond the call of duty and get better every single time. I had a LOT of stuff to move and as prepared as I naively thought I was, I hadn’t even put a dent in what needed to be done. They showed up on time, ready to go and hit the ground RUNNING!!! Jairo insisted that I sit back and let him and his two associates handle everything and I do mean everything. Not only did they help me finish packing and get my last items ready to go, they did so with the kind of care exhibited when one is dealing with their own precious items. Not to mention, they did so SWIFTLY!!! They know how to hurry without rushing and as a result, everything was able to move along just. perfectly.
Jairo and crew were personable and attentive to every single detail I would bring forward…and always with a smile. This isn’t common in the service industry, however I’ve consistently experienced this level of professionalism when dealing with NorthStar.
Jairo and crew get my full endorsement as well as my vote of confidence…so much so that I will request this exact 3-Man crew anytime I have a moving related need in the future.
I’d like to send a special shout out to Gabby who was able to accommodate my Sunday morning move within a short 48-hour notice!!! I was so busy packing and sorting that I forgot to actually make the reservation, Smh. Not to worry though,, she made it happen and in my humble opinion, sent the best crew I’ve had to date to take of me and my things.

I’ve used NorthStar Movers twice now in the past year and I can’t say enough great things about this company! A huge thank you to Abel, Adrian, and Juan with my most recent move this past weekend when it was almost 100 degrees out!! They were timely and incredibly efficient in packing my things up and getting them out of my home! Individually wrapping and packing anything I needed, taking apart bed frames, and handling every item with care was so appreciated! They truly went above and beyond especially with keeping all of my things organized. I highly recommend going through this company if you’re ever in need of movers whether it be a big or small move!!
