I’ve used NorthStar for my last three moves in the city and plan on calling them in the future. Their service is exceptional throughout the process and I don’t have a single complaint about the quality of their work or their business practices.
– Communication via email and phone is always prompt and courteous.
– The team was timely and as promised, they called prior to arriving so you’re not sitting around all day wondering where they are. (They are also really nice and easy to work with).
– All of my belongings were moved in tact with no damage to the items or to the walls/flooring.
– The pricing is transparent and unlike other moving companies, they don’t try to inflate the cost with the extra supplies (tape, boxes, etc.) that you may not need.

I had a phenomenal experience with Northstar. They worked fast, were courteous, dealt well with our heavy furniture, and had great attitudes. I’d recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat. Nemer was a great foreman and was a pleasure to work with.
I just have to say that the people at this place are SO helpful & competent!!! I have had the best experience with Ceasar, and his crew–Ryan, Jesse and Randy! I am not joking, I had so many things to look through re-move and re-arrange and nothing was a problem:) And thank you Mario as well!!!

James, Javier and Maru did an excellent job. They were very careful with all of my things and got everything done in a timely manner (about 5 hrs for a 2 bedroom, including 1 hr of drive time). I would highly recommend them and will use them for my next move.
Couldn’t have asked for a better moving experience. This was my first time using a moving company and these guys rocked. In and out in 2 hours – it would have taken me all day.
