They were easy to work with over email and provided helpful information about additional moving insurance on top of their basic coverage. Of the
day itself, the crew of Jose Barreto, Jose, Jose and Anthony was punctual, polite and extremely fast. They beat their estimated time by over 20%. My stuff was well wrapped and made it all clean and intact and my day-of-worrying was quite unnecessary. I would happily recommend this company to anyone

When I contacted North Star Moving Company about our move, I just went off Yelp reviews and didn’t even price compare. I told them how I knew the amount of time it would take for a 4 man crew and we booked it.
Today is moving day and they showed up on time. Nemer and his crew were friendly and they are EXTREMELY fast and hard working. They wrapped, carried and packed the furniture at warp speed. They also unloaded the truck exceptionally fast.
I can’t say enough positives about these guys. I’ve used 4 different companies in 6 years and all were satisfactory, but Nemer and his crew, as well as North Star Moving Company, stand way above the rest.

I hired NorthStar to move me from one 2BR apartment to another. They were great! If and when I move again, I will call them and no one else. They showed up on time, were extremely efficient and courteous, and treated my things with respect and care. They just seemed like nice people all-around. Since I was paying them by the hour, I honestly expected a little less efficiency than I got, but they were practically running up the stairs with my stuff! I doubt they are the cheapest option out there, but if you want to know that your things are in good hands, I recommend them as an excellent value.

Excellent moving company! They were prompt, courteous, and efficient! We were done in less than three hours. Super impressed and will definitely reach out to them again when we have another move.
Also, Stefy was the BEST to work with to coordinate the move! Couldn’t have asked for an easier person to work with given the hectic situation of moving!
