Excellent work by team lead Gustavo and crew Ricardo and Bilal! Quick, efficient, and safe. Its probably best to avoid moving during rush hour though…that double drive time rule is rough.
After posting my review, I was contacted by Wendy who was extremely pleasant and wanted to address my concern about taking photos of my credit card. She thanked me for bringing this to her attention and said they went ahead and revised NorthStar’s policies to eliminate the taking photos of client credit cards.

NorthStar helped us with our local move recently in Irvine. The team was very professional and courteous.
