Northstar Moving is by far the best moving company that you can count on. I’ve used them 8 times and am always confident that my belongings will arrive in excellent condition, that my move will take place on time at the ‘not to exceed price’ and the professionalism of their teams. I’ve used them for local moves, across country moves, moves from Northern CA to Southern CA. No question about it – this company is a winner. I don’t work for them – and I don’t get paid to say this – and I’m not an easy consumer – and I appreciate Northstar.

Excellent work by team lead Gustavo and crew Ricardo and Bilal! Quick, efficient, and safe. Its probably best to avoid moving during rush hour though…that double drive time rule is rough.
After posting my review, I was contacted by Wendy who was extremely pleasant and wanted to address my concern about taking photos of my credit card. She thanked me for bringing this to her attention and said they went ahead and revised NorthStar’s policies to eliminate the taking photos of client credit cards.
For this I applaud NorthStar! It is so rare these days a business takes time to evaluate and, more importantly, address customer comments. Ray and his team were very efficient and quickly and safely moved 2 apartment’s worth of furniture into 1 apartment. They were friendly and respectful and we didn’t have any issues at all during the experience.
