Excellent experience. Was moving from Santa Monica to Hollywood, total move took about 4.5 hours. They originally gave me an arrival window of 12-6, but they called at 11:45 and said they were on their way.

Jose T., Gerardo T., and Ramon R. were very professional and very quick. Managed to find a way to get my behemoth of a couch out of my apartment and up the stairs at my new place. All my expensive stuff (tv, fridge, etc.) made it in one piece.

10/10 would recommend.

We had Michael from Northstar quote our move this morning and our first impressions are amazing! We found Northstar on Yelp after reading the reviews and also looking through the pictures of their equipment and trucks. If you are going to move our valuables, I would expect you to take care of your equipment in the same fashion! Although only our fist few interactions prior to the move, we have experienced great service and professionalism. Michael was prompt, communicated his arrival time and offered great advice for us to maximize our efficiency and keep costs manageable as we prepare for our move. Looking forward to the next steps!

Three movers of Northstar moved my entire condo. They carefully wrapped and protected everything. They moved with alacrity and expertise. They were an extremely earnest bunch who put me at ease by their incredibly cooperative attitudes. If all the company’s movers are as great as the team that I got (Arturo M, Jesse A, and Juniorr) they just might be the best movers in L.A.
