North Star is fantastic!!! We hired their company to handle our large scale office move for a company of around 60 people in SF. On moving day, I arrived about 30 minutes after they did and was literally shocked at how much progress they had made already, especially considering that we were moving out of a 3rd floor office with no elevator. We had a lot of large/ awkward/ valuable furniture, along with everyone’s computer monitors, desks, chairs etc. and they handled it all beautifully. They made sure to bring plenty of movers and several foremen to manage our move, and all of them were hardworking, funny, understanding and patient. We had specific furniture floor plans to follow upon move-in, and they were great at following our (probably frazzled) directions, and were extremely helpful with changing things around if we mixed anything up.
I was expecting (dreading) the move to spill over the allotted time, but it all happened in a single day, AND, to our surprise, they beat their estimated time and price. I would absolutely recommend and use their services again. THANKS SO MUCH NORTH STAR!!!

Review for the first half of my move (pick up and transport to short-term storage)
My movers were Jason, Jose, and Noe. They contacted me about an hour prior to their arrival and contacted me upon arrival. All three movers were professional, respectful, and efficient. I can confidently say that they exceeded my expectations. Though I know that customers cannot request by name the people they want to pick up their furniture, if you could, these 3 are the ones to ask for. I hope that when I’m ready to have my furniture delivered in SoCal, that the specific movers will be just as great! Thanks guys!
Luis, Anthony and Byron did a great job moving me from Playa Vista to Downtown LA. They were on time, polite and professional. They had all of the necessary supplies and there were no hidden charges. I have used Northstar for several moves and will continue to do so.
They were young kids but super polite and helpful. Jason, Jose and Noe were assigned to my move and they did an awesome job. San Carlos to San Jose in half a day.
Jason, Noe, and Jose were amazing – this is the second 5-star crew from NorthStar. I used them to move out of SF 2 years ago, and used them again to move back up. Unloaded my whole storage unit (1 bedroom + random furniture) in 30 mins, and got everything flawlessly into my new place just as fast. And the rate was well worth the high quality service. Will definitely use them again.
