Great movers, hardworking guys and on time. Asked questions instead of just doing whatever, paid attention to our homes’ needs both for delivery and packing. Assembled furniture quickly and efficiently divided up our boxes and things while listening to our directions. Scheduling the move was also really easy through their phone support. Jose, Orlando and Gerardo were awesome! They took tons of care in moving our fragile items. This is my second time using Northstar and I’d without a doubt use them for any future move!
So, here we are 5 years later, and I call Northstar to pack and move my daughter out of her apartment. Of course, us being us, it’s not that simple: her bed comes to our house, and then her bed in our house goes to my brother’s house for storage, there are boxes in the apartment and other boxes in our house that go to storage and they have to do some shuffling at the storage facility. With stairs.
They are so great! The whole move went off without a hitch; they called me on time, had plenty of help to pack and move everything efficiently and generally were a pleasure to work with. And the move was done before lunch.
And once again, they charged less than the estimate.
