The donation of your time and generosity contributes to our ability to raise the necessary funds that enable us to grant the wishes of children in Los Angeles County living with life-threatening medical condition. This year’s event raised approximately $300,000. With your contribution, we will continue to bring hope,strength, and joy this year to nearly 400 children in our community.It is through generosity such as yours that we have been able to grant over 5,900 wishes over the past two decades. Your gift makes possible the wishes of children like triplets Allison, Jared and Nicholas all living with cystic fibrosis. These siblings were able to leave their worries behind as they lived out their dreams of taking a Disney Cruise. This vacation brought a new found happiness to the triplet’s lives. We thank you for helping make wishes such as these come true.

First off, please accept our apologies in not writing this letter sooner. As we are sure, you know it takes awhile to get back on track after a major transition.
In January of this year, we used your company for a second time to move us into a new facility and we are very pleased to say that, once again, the service was excellent! Based on our prior experience with the company we came directly to NorthStar this time instead of seeking out other moving companies to compare pricing and service. Gadi came out and gave us an estimate, and as always he was very pleasant and professional and when we had to push back our move date, he was extremely accommodating.
Once we were finally ready to move, we were able to schedule a crew very quickly and our original estimate still stood. On moving day, the crew arrived promptly, was very efficient and thorough, and even helped us to take apart shelving and furniture. Our foreman, Shay was incredibly helpful and professional, consistently checking in with us to ensure things were running smoothly. The rest of the crew, Iro, Hain, Tomer, Gal, and Maor all worked diligently and carefully, moving so fast that we were packed and ready to go well within 2 hours! Upon arriving at our new facility, the crew again moved very quickly and cautiously so as not damage any furniture and to make certain everything was arranged as per our instruction. All of these gentlemen deserve reward and praise for their hard work.
At the end of the day, the move had taken approximately 4-5 hours and our total amount came well below the estimate! Our encounters with NorthStar from the receptionist answering the phone, to Gadi, to Shay and his crew have been nothing short of wonderful and we would not only highly recommend Northstar to our friends and business associates fantastic service and your ongoing efforts to make one of the most hectic and stressful things in the world (moving) as easy and hassle free as possible. Your team of wonderful men knocked on our door bright and early, and they were energetic and eager to start working. They were fast, hard working and very professional. All four men divided and conquered different areas of the house to pack all our items with great care and concern. As you both know, we had many very fragile Art sculptures and heavy paintings that are cumbersome and large scale and they took the extra time to be sure all our Art was packed securely and labeled as such. Really, these men were terrific! Gadi, you are a fantastic representative of NorthStar. From the minute we met you, we liked you. You exude sincerity and warmth and have great confidence in your Company. You made a daunting project seem easy. You walked us through the entire process from beginning to finish and gave us timeline updates while the truck was in transit. We really appreciated that. We recently used your company to move our retail store and distribution center
from West Hollywood, CA to Gardena, CA and I am writing this letter to thank your crew for the wonderful job they did. From the moment that I inquired to NorthStar regarding an estimate, we were treated with the utmost courtesy and respect. The gentleman who did our onsite estimate, Gadi M. Avigzer was extremely professional and very accommodating. He provided us a fair estimate and indicated that the price would in no way exceed the amount estimated. I contacted several different moving companies, and found an unbelievable amount of unprofessionalism and just downright lack of organization. I was so impressed with Gadi’s representation that we were confident in making the decision to hire NorthStar.
The crew arrived promptly at our West Hollywood location at the set time. They worked quickly and efficiently, taking no more than two hours to move the entire contents of our store into the trucks. Once we arrived at our new location, the unloading was even faster. Every single person working on that crew was diligent and helpful. We would especially like to extend our thanks to Ozan Kerem Ozdes, the foreman and Fontaine Segree whom we feel were absolutely vital in helping to keep things moving along at a smoothly. Both gentlemen were instrumental in this transition for us. It was their hard work which compelled us here at Splash Bath and Body to write NorthStar a letter and let you know how committed your employees are to ensuring that your customers receive the best service possible. On top of all this they were very personable and friendly as well, which helped to ease the worry on a particularly stressful day.
At the end of the day, our actual cost came well below the initial estimate to which we were very pleased to discover that not only had NorthStar provided us with excellent service but saved us money too! In the future should we need moving services, NorthStar is first on our list to contact without hesitation.
